i enjoy the continued graphic from the front mirrored onto the back. Leaving white open space for the logo and information regrading the company. The blue and yellow don't really relate to the red and dark blue logo. Maybe if the blue and yellow were changed to red and dark blue the folder would blend together and look like a company.
